A History of Customer Satisfaction
Previously named Rudy Uttke & Sons, Inc., Uttke Heating & Cooling has served Milwaukee’s South Shore for three quarters of a century. Rudy Uttke & Sons was started in 1946 by Jen’s great-grandfather, Rudy Uttke, Sr. Rudy started the heating and cooling business in the basement of his home at 2756 South Herman Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As the business grew, Rudy Uttke & Sons moved to a new location, 2704 E. Norwich Ave., in St. Francis and the Uttke family ran their business out of that location for over 50 years. Tom and Patti Uttke (3rd Generation owners) decided that a more residential family neighborhood was what the business needed and moved out of the St. Francis location in November of 2005 and moved the business to 4209 South Howell Avenue. Our customers are our number one priority and their satisfaction always comes first. When your name is on the door, you always do more to make your customer happy and satisfied.
