We’re thrilled to share that TJ Uttke has rejoined the Uttke Heating & Cooling team as our Chief Operating Officer!
TJ brings more than 15 years of hands-on HVAC experience and a lifelong connection to the family business. Starting in 2006, he worked side-by-side with his dad, learning the ins and outs of installation, service, and ductwork. His technical knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to quality have long been part of what makes Uttke Heating & Cooling special.
In addition to his HVAC expertise, TJ is also an accomplished entrepreneur. For nearly two decades, he has owned and operated a successful wedding photography and design business—capturing over 425 weddings along the way. That experience in running a business and serving clients with care translates perfectly into his new role overseeing operations and sales at Uttke Heating & Cooling.
Outside of work, TJ enjoys spending time at home in Bay View with his wife, Shannon, and their daughter, Rose, who will turn six this November. Whether he’s tackling home improvement projects or helping customers stay comfortable year-round, TJ brings energy, creativity, and a genuine passion for what he does.
