Talk about top line customer service! We contacted Uttke a month ago to come take a look at our plumbing challenges. They didn’t force an unnecessary sale and always provided thorough explanations. We decided to get a new hot water heater installed to see if that eliminated our problems (it has!) but when we ran into a few odd issues post install they were out the next day to resolve! It’s nice to find a trusted service provider that goes out of their way to help their customers!

We had a leaky sink and a wobbly toilet. Uttke was easy to get a hold of to schedule an appointment. Mark showed up on time, took care of the work quickly and was very nice - even gave me some tips on maintenance and upgrades I could take care of myself. Couldn’t ask for a better first experience. We will be returning customers for sure.

After searching for a plumber and getting 2 outrageous quotes from other companies to assist with our bathroom remodel, we called Uttke. After speaking with Mark and getting his estimate we hired him. He was courteous, professional and went above and beyond what we expected of him. His work is unmatched and you can tell he has a passion for what he does. It was more like having a friend in our home, not a hired contractor, to do the work. We will be calling Uttke for all of our future needs.

Uttke Heating, Cooling & Plumbing saved me from a significant plumbing emergency. I had a shower faucet that would not shut off, and because it happened late on a Friday afternoon, I feared the issue would last through the weekend. Jen, the owner, answered the phone, heard what my issue was, and promptly dispatched master plumber Mark, who arrived in 20 minutes. He diagnosed the issue and promptly addressed it at a reasonable price. We were both able to begin our weekends on time, and I could do so without a constantly running bathtub faucet. Service was done with the utmost friendliness and professionalism, and Mark made a point of leaving the place cleaner than when he found it. I highly recommend Uttke. They are a credit to the community.

Uttke replaced my furnace and AC systems. The whole process was smooth and easy. I had 5 quotes and Uttke was the most reasonable, with the best warranty and financing. They answered all questions quickly and honestly (and I had a lot). The installation went smoothly and quickly. I can't say enough positive things about my experience. Highly recommend!

One of the coldest weekends of the winter season, our furnace stopped working early Sunday morning. Called Uttke, had someone out within a couple of hours, and had our furnace replaced a couple of days later. We can't say enough about Jen, Tyler, Noah, actually everyone we had contact with at Uttke. Even though we hadn't dealt with them before, it felt like we had known them. They were friendly but professional and were genuinely concerned about getting our furnace in as fast as possible with the extremely cold weather. We appreciate a company that treats you like a person and not just another job!
